“Kamchatka in winter”

Dates of the group tours in 2017: 19-25th of February, 5-11th of March, 1-7th of April.
Description:
This week exclusive tour combines the rest with maximum visit of significant places in Kamchatka in winter. You will see “icy” waterfall, Nalychevo valley, Avacha, Koryaksky, Zhupanovsky and Vilyuchinsky volcanoes, and listen the roar of the Pacific Ocean. You will swim at the thermal poos and ‘wild” hot springs in the open air.
Itinerary:
Day 1. Arrival in Elizovo airport, accommodation at the hotel in the recreational zone of Paratunka hot springs (48 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky). Discussion with the guide the program of the tour. Acclimatization. Swimming at the thermal pool in the open air.
Day 2. Transfer to Elizovo. Snowmobile excursion to Avacha volcano. You`ll change for snowmobile and sleds. The route passes along the riverbed of Sukhaya River, gradually ascends to the plateau near the foot of Koryaksky and Avacha volcanoes. Then you will go to Avacha passs, where you will be pleased with the view for Nalychevo Valley, Avacha,
Koryaksky and Zhupanovsky volcanoes. Then you will go to the mountain “Camel” (1200 m). Lunch at the tourist camp on the volcano`s slope. Return to the hotel.
Day 3: Breakfast. You will be offered the dog sled excursion. You will get acquainted with the inhabitants of nursery, and will be told the history of draught dogs` breeds, kinds of mushing and competitions on the basis of nursery “Snow dogs”. You will go the route, operating the dog sled team, in the accompany of snowmobile and mushers. Then you will taste shurpa (deer soup), also you will be told about the culture and life of
native people. Return to the hotel.
Day 4. After breakfast you will go to the snowmobile excursion to the Pacific Ocean and rocks “Three brothers”. It is amazing sight! You will see the boundless blue of ocean, rocks “Three brothers”, guarding the entrance of Avacha Bay. Nowadays rocks are natural monument and symbol of Avacha Bay. Return to the hotel.
Day 5. Breakfast. Visit of local history museum. Transfer to the Zelenovskiye hot springs in Razdolny settlement.You
will take a bath in radon healing hot springs. Radon water advantageously influences on the body, improves metabolism and strengthens immune system. After getting warmed thoroughly in healing radon baths, you can dip into the lake with cold sources. This contrast dip presents to you unusual charge of health and unforgettable feelings! Return to the hotel.
Day 6: .Breakfast. Transfer to Termalny setttlement. You`ll change for snowmobile and sleds and go to the foot of Vilyuchinsky volcano. The route goes through the valley of Paratunka River. You can visit Vilyuchinsky waterfall, swim at the “wild” Verkhe-Paratunskiye hot springs. Then you will go to the Vilyuchinsky pass, where the amazing view opens at boundless snowy valley. Return at the resort.
Day 7: Visit of city market, souvenir shops. Departure.
The cost of the tour is 1350 Euro per person.
It includes:
1. Transfer from/to the airport. The transfer is paid extra if the date of arrival/departure differs from the date in program.
2. Rent of snowmobiles (the guide operates with the snowmobile en route).
3. Services of the guide and interpreter
4. Double accommodation at the hotel (resort). The single supplement is 300 Euro.
5. Breakfasts in the hotel.
6. Meals en route
7. All the excursions according to the itinerary.
8. Fee for the swimming at the pools and hot springs.
